Summer’s here, bringing more time outdoors, sunshine, and fun - but also extra challenges for your skin. To keep your skin looking fresh and healthy all season, here are some easy tips to follow:


  1. Always wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30, even on cloudy days. Reapply every two hours, especially if you’re swimming or sweating.

  2. Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated from the inside out. Lightweight, non-greasy moisturizers can help lock in moisture without clogging pores.

  3. Wear hats, sunglasses, and loose, breathable clothes to protect your skin from harmful UV rays without overheating.

  4. Use a mild cleanser to wash off sweat, sunscreen, and dirt daily. Avoid harsh scrubs that can irritate sun-exposed skin.

  5. Keep an eye on any new or changing moles or spots - early detection is key for skin health.
