I'm really proud to have recently been inspected and awarded a 'Good' rating by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

For patients, this means you aren't just taking our word for it - an independent regulator has thoroughly inspected how we work. From my surgical standards and hygiene to my equipment and safety protocols, everything has been officially checked and approved.

The report highlighted the strong safety culture and evidence-based care, while noting that 100% of the patient feedback gathered was completely positive. The inspector praised the clear communication, respectful environment, and the genuine compassion shown to every patient from start to finish.
